This is a hard place to pin down but I feel solid in what we have right now. I went back in 2022 for a root canal, the dentist was awful back then. I was there first thing in the morning and left near closing time and by the time they put the crown on they allowed the numbing agent to wear off completely, while in tears the dentist berated me and called me a whimpering girl.
Flash forward to this week. That root canal failed and is now due for extraction. The former dentist is gone, replaced by a sweet lady, while younger, is caring at the very least. The specialists here have always been great. The dentist in previous years was awful to where I never wanted to go back but didn't have much choice because of the pain and being in network. Im glad the old guy is gone. This new person is kind and the staff reflects that.
